HOJE QUARTA- FEIRA 1º DE FEVEREIRO, ÁS 6:00 HORAS DA MANHÃ A POLÍCIA FEDERAL INVADIU Á COMUNIDADE DO ACUÍPE DE BAIXO HÁ 30 KM DE ILHÉUS ONDE ESTAVAM VÁRIAS FAMÍLIAS EM ÁREA DE RETOMADAS, E COM TODA VIOLÊNCIA DEBAIXO DE CHUVA ENTROU NAS CASAS E TIROU A FORÇA, CRIANÇAS DE ATÉ I ANO E MEIO, ADOLESCENTES, IDOSOS ETC... E COLOCOU NO CAMBURÃO, UM DOS ÍNDIOS POR NOME DE CRISPIM E OUTRO POR NOME DE NAILTON FORAM ALGEMADOS POR QUE COMEÇARAM A TOCAR O MARAKÁ E CANTAR MÚSICAS DE RITUAL "PORANCIM" E AMEAÇARAM A PRENDER DUAS LIDERANÇAS QUE AINDA ESTÃO DENTRO ESCONDIDOS, O PROBLEMA É QUE ELES TAMBÉM JÁ DERRUBARAM ALGUMAS CASAS E LOGO VAI PRENDER MAIS PESSOAS QUE ESTÃO AINDA ESCONDIDAS.

SEGUNDO O UM DOCUMENTA QUESE A PRÓPRIA POLÍCIA TEM RELATOU QUE ESSA AÇÃO VAI SE ESTENDER A TODAS AS RETOMADAS DO LITORAL, TABA JAYRY, TUPÃ, ITAPOÃ E SYRYÍBA.

NESSE EXATO MOMENTO ALGUMAS PESSOAS ESTÃO ALOJADOS NA ESCOLA E OUTRAS ESTÃO DETIDAS DENTRO DE UMA DAS CASAS. ATÉ AGORA NENHUMA INSTITUIÇÃO CHEGOU PARA ACOMPANHAR E APOIAR, A FUNAI, CIMI, APOINME.....O ESTADO É GRAVE E A POLÍCIA SE FAZ PRESENTE COM A INTENÇÃO DE PRENDER MAIS PESSOAS E USA E ABUSA DA AUTORIDADE

Wednesday 1 February at 6:00 AM: Federal police invade the community ACUÍPE. This community is located approximately 30 KM from Ilhéus. Several families were taken. It was raining when the community’s homes were invaded and children and elderly were taken by van. An indigeous man by the name of Crispim and another by the name of Nailton were handcufffed.

Why did Marak start playing and singing the songs of the ritual ‘Porancim’? [not sure about this part. If you can assist in translating this pls message me]. The federal police are looking for two leaders and have received some tips as to their whereabouts. They will likely soon arrest more people that are currently in hiding.  

According to a document obtained, the police have reported that this action will be extended to all of the coastal communities of Jayry Taba, Tupa, Itapoã and Syryíba.

Right now some people are in the school and others are held within one of the houses. Until now, no rights organizations have offered any assistance in terms of monitoring the situation or other forms of support.

The state police is serious and if it is the intention to hold more people it will lead to abuse of authority.
