O Sindicato dos Advogados do Estado de SP (SASP), junto com a Comissão de Direitos Humanos da OAB/SP, convocam um grande ato do juristas em defesa das famílias do Pinheirinho.

O evento acontecerá nesta quinta-feira, dia 16 de fevereiro, às 19 horas, na Sala dos Estudantes, no Largo São Francisco, na Faculdade de Direito da USP.

No ato, serão abordados os aspectos jurídicos da reintegração de posse e a ação violenta da polícia para defender os interesses do megaespeculador Naji Nahas. Além disso, será discutida a atual situação do ex-moradores do Pinheirinho.

Manifesto produzido pelo Sindicato dos Advogados, destaca:

"Diante de tamanha barbárie, moral, social e jurídica, resta saber o que motivou a juíza Marcia Loureiro e a presidência do TJ/SP a insistirem tanto na imediata reintegração de posse do Pinheirinho. É esta a pergunta que faz um grupo de parlamentares paulistas ao ingressar com denúncia no Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) pedindo a investigação do caso".

The Union of Lawyers of the State of Sao Paulo (SASP), along with the Human Rights Commission of OAB / SP, have put together a great case and will summon lawyers to defend the families of Pinheirinho.

The Manifesto produced by the Union of Lawyer states the following:
