É o carro do Pitbull.

This is the fourth time that the leading producer and rural Nilcilene Miguel de Lima points out places where bodies with bullets in them had been found on the roads of southern Lábrea, county of Amazonas. "I've had no one to come to fetch them. The people have been buried there anyway. " As she speaks about thisa bullet-proof vest wearing National Security Forces officer bounces in the backseat of the car on the bumpy road.
It is late afternoon. The car has to reach Nilcilene's house before dark, where two police officers spend the night in vigil. A few kilometers before the destination, he is shaken to see a blue truck in the opposite direction of the road:
- It's him! It is Pitbull's car.
'Pitbull' is the nickname of Vincent Horn, one of the reasons he receives protection from nine men of the National Forces. He is an author of the long list of threats against the life of Nilcilene, who has lost count of how many times she was threatened with death by guard dogs of land grabbers and loggers.
The threats began in 2009 when she assumed the presidency of the Deus Proverá association, created by small producers in the settlement to defend the group against land invasions and theft of trees. The following year, after making complaints and submitting petitions against criminals Nilcilene was beaten and had her house burned in a fire. In May 2011, she was forced to flee wrapped in a blanket to throw off the gunman who at her door. The staff of the National Force was moved there in October to ensure that the leader could return home and continue to denounce the region's problems.

Even with the ostensible protection Nilcilene hands tremble while the blue pickup truck approaches and in silence looks at the approaching car. The cop tightens toward the back, cocks his rifle copilot. The dirt road is narrow, forcing cars to spend less than a meter away. Pitbull is not intimidated. He slows down, opens his window and, with a broad smile on his face, waves goodbye.
While the cars moves away, Nilcilene points at the gallons of gasoline containers sliding empty in the bucket of the truck:
- Tonight will eat the chainsaws will be at work.
