180GRAUS DIRETO DO MOVIMENTO: Estudantes estão na PMT esperando falar com Elmano

Os manifestantes do #Contraoaumento acabaram de chegar em frente ao Palácio da Cidade, sede da prefeitura de Teresina, com um termo de acordo em mãos para ser entregue ao prefeito Elmano Ferrer (PTB). No documento os estudantes pedem a redução imediata do preço da passagem de R$ 2,10 para R$ 1,90, retirada da segunda passagem aos usuários do sistema de integração das linhas de ônibus e a integração de 100% das linhas.
QUATRO ESTUDANTES SÃO SOLTOS
Pelo menos quatro, entre os oito manifestantes do movimento #ContraOAumento, conseguiram habeas corpus e foram soltos, por volta das 9h40 desta quinta-feira (12/01) após passarem dois dias dormindo nas celas da Casa de Custódia. São, segundo os organizadores do movimento, 'presos políticos'.
Os soltos são Igor Henrique Barro de Olveira, Wellys Felipe da Rocha Silva, Antonio Wilson Freire Junior e Kevin Hilder Nogueira Pontes. Continuam ainda presos: Maria Helena Beatriz (Filha da ex-candidata a governadora e militante da Causa Operária Lourdes Melo), Francisco Sá Batista (ex-marido de Lourdes Melo), Maria do Socorro Santana de Sousa e Indieli de Sousa Pires.
A soltura destes se deu através de um pedido de habeas corpus impetrado pela advogada Adoniara Azevedo na 7ª Vara. Os outros presos tiveram pedidos feitos através da 9ª Vara. Na defesa a alegação de que são presos políticos, na tentativa de intimida o movimento que é legítimo. Eles foram presos na terça-feira passada, dia 10, no sétimo dia do protesto #ContraOAumento, quando houve confronto da Polícia com manifestantes. Entre as acusações, respondem por depredação do patrimônio público.

The protesters from #Contraoaumento just arrived in front of the City Palace, the city hall of Teresina, with a term of agreement in hand to be delivered to the mayor Elmano Ferrer (PTB). Still being held prisoner: Maria Beatriz Helena (Daughter of the former candidate for governor and the militant Workers' Cause Lourdes Melo), Francisco Sá Baptist (former husband of Lourdes Melo), Maria do Socorro Santana de Sousa and de Sousa Pires Indiel.
The release of these political prisoners took place by means of a writ of habeas corpus (challenge of the terms of their incarceration) filed by attorney Adoniara Azevedo in 7th division. The other prisoners submitted requests through the 9th division. These political prisoners alleged that their arrests were an attempt to intimidate their legitimate movement. They were arrested on Tuesday, the seventh day of the last 10 days of protest # ContraOAumento, when there were police clashes with protesters. Among the charges that were laid against the prisoners was vandalism of public property.
