Uma comissão de membros do Condepe (Conselho Estadual
de Defesa dos Direitos da Pessoa Humana) realizará nesta segunda feira, dia 30,
uma audiência pública em São José dos Campos, para tratar do caso Pinheirinho e
dos relatos e denúncias da desocupação violenta que a polícia realizou na área.
A audiência está marcada para as 19h, no plenário da
Câmara Municipal de São José dos Campos.
No plenário, os parlamentares, advogados, jornalistas,
militantes de direitos humanos, movimentos sociais e voluntários presentes
poderão ouvir os relatos e denúncias das famílias sobre a desocupação.
Após a invasão brutal realizada pela Polícia, os
moradores do Pinheirinho foram levados para abrigos criados pela Prefeitura. As
condições são precárias e os moradores foram amontoados em situação desumana,
sem o mínimo respeito.
Além dos depoimentos, serão apresentadas fotos e
vídeos para apuração dos fatos e encaminhamentos à Defensoria Pública e ao
Ministério Público. Denúncia às instâncias internacionais de Defesa dos Direitos
Humanos não estão descartados.
Próxima audiência é na Alesp
Na próxima quarta-feira, dia 1º de fevereiro, uma nova
audiência pública sobre a situação dos desabrigados do Pinheirinho será
realizada na Assembleia Legislativa de São Paulo (Alesp).
Os moradores participarão da audiência, juntamente com
entidades, movimentos sociais, representantes da Defensoria Pública e do
Ministério Público para denunciar a ação dos governantes e da Polícia.
A partir das discussões e denúncias colhidas nas duas
audiências será preparado um dossiê para registrar e entregar ao Condepe.
“A iniciativa é um avanço na luta contra a
criminalização dos movimentos sociais. Por isso, é muito importante a presença
de todos os ativistas nessas audiências”, afirma Antonio Donizete Ferreira, o
Toninho.
“Todos os envolvidos nessa desocupação ilegal e
truculenta devem ser responsabilizados”, finalizou.

A committee of members of Condepe (State
Council of Defense of Human Rights) held this Monday, April 30, a public
hearing in Sao Jose dos Campos, to address the allegation of the violent police
eviction that was conducted in Pinheirinho.
The hearing was scheduled for 19h, the
floor of the Municipality of Sao Jose dos Campos.
In the plenary session,
parliamentarians, lawyers, journalists, human rights activists, social
movements and present volunteers heard the reports and complaints from families
about the eviction.
After the brutal invasion carried out by
police, residents from Pinheirinho were
taken to shelters created by the Municipality. The conditions there were poor
and residents were crammed in under inhumane conditions, without the slightest
respect.
In addition to interviews, photos and
videos were presented to verify the allegations and for the purpose of referrals
to the Public Defender and the Public Prosecutor. Reporting will also occur to
international bodies for the Defense of Human Rights so that this situation is
not discarded/forgotten/swept under the table.
Next
hearing is in Alesp
Next Wednesday, February 1st, a new
public hearing on the situation of homeless Pinheirinho will be held at the
Legislative Assembly of São Paulo (Alesp).
Residents can attend the hearing, along
with bodies, social movements, representatives of the Public Defender and the
Public Ministry to denounce the action of the government and police.
From the discussions and reports
collected in the two hearings a record will be prepared to deliver and file
with Condepe.
"The initiative is a breakthrough
in the fight against the criminalization of social movements. So it is very
important the presence of all the activists in these hearings, "said
Antonio Ferreira Donizete, Toninho.
"Everyone involved in this violent and illegal
eviction should be held accountable," he added.
