O carro que a vitimas Ana Maria Santos Oliveira -não india estava, era semelhante ao carro que está em nossas aldeias  prestando serviço pela a FUNAI, ou seja, tem 2 carros parecidíssimo com o carro da vítimas, provavelmente os pistoleiro pensou que seria o carro da FUNAI e disparou contra, causando assim a morte da civil.
