A short timeline of what happened in #Pinheirinho

The command of the Military police received an order at 1030 ordering the immediate suspension of the eviction operation and reintegration of possession. This order was signed by the judge Samuel de Castro Barbosa of the Federal Justice, by order of the Regional Federal Court.

The Police said that Federal determinations can't the state Justice, and continued with the operation. Simultaneously, the president in excercise of the Court of Justice of São Paulo, Rodrigo Capez, told the police to go through with it.

In between this battle of rulings between authorities, and the operation seen today, a deal was made to lift the order of eviction for 15 days so that the three spheres of govt, (Federal, State and Municipal) could talk more about the situation.

While negotiations of agreement for regularization of the area were underway (the fifteen day "truce"), the ruling, signed by the judge of 6th Civil Branch of São José dos Campos (Marcia Loureiro), was enforced.
